So a good rule of thumb to this recipe is 1/2 c semi-sweet chocolate chips to 1 Tbsp coconut oil.

In a microwave, safe bowl put 1 1/2 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips (or chunks if you’re OUT like me) with 3 Tbsp coconut oil (I made a triple batch).

Heat in 30-second increments stirring between heating. When most of the chocolate is melted switch to heating in 15-second increments so not to burn your chocolate. Stir, stir, stir!

Your chocolate will look like this picture below when it’s finished.

Simply spoon or dip your prepared treat into the hard shell chocolate and let dry. It should only take a few seconds. If you’re looking for ideas you can try these Tiny Ice Cream Treats or Homemade Dilly Bars

These are the Homemade Dilly Bars which were a huge hit with the boys! YUMMY!
