Roughly chop your chocolate almond bark so it will melt faster. Once chopped add the chocolate to a saucepan. Turn the heat on low and melt slowly being cautious not to burn.
Once your chocolate is melted remove the pan from heat and add in your sugar, cocoa, and cinnamon next. Give it all a good stir to incorporate.
Very slowly add in your 4 cups of almond milk about a 1/2 cup at a time. Heat your saucepan again on med-low heat Slowly adding your milk in will help you to not have lumps. Kids don’t like lumps!
Top with marshmallows, sprinkle with cinnamon and serve! Enjoy!
