Easy Peasy Beef Quesadillas
Quesadillas are super easy to cook. I heard the other day that colleges are going to start having classes to teach millennials to cook quesadillas and other easy foods. Why they ever took Home Ec. class out of high school I’ll never know.
Anyway! We had a cooking week and the kids loved it! We cooked quesadillas, Kid Friendly salsa, Veggie Packed Tortilla Soup and Jolly Rancher Candy Suckers. Looking back now I guess it was a Mexican food week. Ha ha!
What you will need

How to make your own Easy Peasy Beef Quesadillas
First, decide how many quesadillas you want to eat. How about 2? We’ll go with that today! Lay your first layer of tortilla down first then top with ground beef, beans, and cheese.
Now that you have your beef, beans and cheese layered top with another tortilla.
‘Tower of Pisa’ Quesadilla!
How many layers do you want to eat? Feel free to let your child build. Top each layer with cheese again and another tortilla or two.. or threee.. in fact make a Tower of Pisa Quesadilla!
Mash it! Ha ha, you don’t have to smash your quesadilla! Once you are finished give your easy peasy beef quesadilla to a grown up and they need to be baked for 8-10 min at 350. Watch close so they don’t burn!
