Christmas Party Snacks -Chocolate Dipped Pretzel Rods
I’m always looking for fun treats the kids can help me make and this one is at the top of our list. It’s so easy your kids can make it themselves. Now, you’ll have a mess, but boy will you have some super proud kids too.
So what if they got chocolate everywhere, you made some awesome memories along with the independence of creating their own gift, party snack or afternoon treat!
My kids love helping me make snacks for their class parties. They found these fun molds and they turned into the easiest Christmas Snacks that all the kids enjoyed.

You can make these 2 different ways, both are super easy to make and taste great!
Melt your almond bark in 15 second increments stirring between each until melted.
You can either dip or drizzle your pretzel rods with chocolate.
Lay on a flat surface covered with wax paper, lightly or heavily cover with Christmas sprinkles and leave them until the chocolate is set. If you need to speed up the process let them set in the freezer for a few minutes.
When chocolate is set you can remove your pretzel rods from the wax paper and store in an airtight container.
How to use Pretzel Rod Molds
Again, melt your chocolate in 15 second increments stirring between each until melted.
Spoon your melted chocolate into each Pretzel Rod Mold (like these), and before the chocolate has hardened place your pretzel rod on top, then turn in the mold to fully coat your pretzel rod in chocolate.
Top with Christmas Sprinkles (like these) or some smashed peppermint sticks.
Don’t forget sprinkles! So yummy!
If you’re making a bunch for a class go ahead and pop these in the freezer for a few minutes until the chocolate is hardened. They should come out of the mold really easy if the chocolate has fully hardened. If not pop them back in the freezer a bit longer.
Don’t these Christmas Party Snacks look super yummy?
To make individual treats package them in these Pretzel Rod Bags (linked).
