What you will need
- 2 eggs
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 2 cups flour
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
How to make your Easy Fluffy Pancakes for Kids
Add all dry ingredients to a bowl and mix.
Mix in melted butter (cooled), eggs and milk. Start at 1 1/2 cups of milk then move up to the 2 full cups if you think the consistency is too thick.
This is the consistency I like the best it’s thick looking but when you pour it on the hot griddle it almost seems runny.
Use a small measuring cup and drop pancake rounds on a hot griddle.
Flip when the tops start to bubble, the bottoms should look like this. See picture below.
Ryker couldn’t wait to eat his pancakes he had to taste a little syrup.
